By downloading or using AI Backyard Designer ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
AI Backyard Designer uses artificial intelligence to generate conceptual backyard and outdoor design ideas from images and text prompts provided by users. Results are for inspiration only and should not be considered architectural, engineering, landscaping, construction, or safety advice.
You must comply with all applicable laws and Apple's App Store Terms when using the App.
You retain ownership of the images and prompts you submit.
You represent that:
You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the requested AI services.
AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for evaluating generated designs before making real-world decisions or purchases.
You agree not to:
Premium features may require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple.
Billing is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's terms.
The App, including its software, interface, branding, graphics, and original content, is owned by its developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated designs.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the App, users, or applicable laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
